Shipping policy

【On shipping prices】
We deliver to all locations within Japan for a fixed shipping fee of 880 yen.
※For Okinawa, an additional fee of 1,210 yen is required, resulting in a total fee of 2,090 yen.


【On delivery time】
We send out orders one week after the payment is confirmed.
※If the order was paid with a credit card, it may take a while for the payment to be approved and processed.
※Customers cannot choose their preferred delivery service.
※If we receive a large number of orders at the same time, or if weather conditions affect delivery routes, delivery may take longer than expected.
※Customers cannot specify a preferred delivery date. Once the order is sent out, an email is sent to the registered email address to notify the customer, which includes a tracking number for the order. Please use this tracking number to contact the delivery service if you wish to change the delivery date. However, there may be situations where customers are unable to designate a delivery date or time. We appreciate your understanding

【On preorders】
Preorder items are labeled as "preorder" in the shop. We only send out orders once all items in the same order are available to  be shipped.
This means that orders that include both preorder items and currently available items will only be shipped out once the preorder items are released.

【If you don't receive your order】
If your order does not arrive two weeks after payment, please contact us via our contact page: https://official-store.playism.com/pages/contact

【On delivery status】
Once an order is shipped out, we send a notification email to the registered email address that includes a tracking number for the order. To see your delivery status, please refer to the information provided by the delivery service.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will receive an absence slip and your package will be taken back to the post office/delivery center. Please contact the delivery service within the storage time to have it resent to you.

※We recommend in-person delivery. We do not take responsibility for any incorrect deliveries or package theft caused by other delivery methods.
※If the package is returned due to extended absence or incorrect address information, we do not resend the order. Please place another order if you still want the items. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for more information: https://official-store.playism.com/policies/refund-policy

【Changing your address】
If you wish to change your delivery address, please use the tracking number included in your notification email to contact the delivery service and change your address.
※You are responsible for any additional costs that are associated with changing your address after the order has been confirmed. We appreciate your understanding.


【Overseas delivery】
For customers that reside overseas (outside of Japan), you can purchase your order and have it delivered via Buyee, the straw purchase service provided by tenso.
